Late Night Preparations

With a busy day of loading scientific supplies on the ship behind us, we began moving the gear to its home on the ship for the next three weeks.

The ROPOS crane is now affixed to the foredeck of the CCGS Hudson and ROPOS now sits in waiting as we inch closer to its first deployment of the mission (right).

As the ROPOS crew is nearing the end of their preparations for this mission, Science Staff have made good progress towards setting up the labs and worked late into the night to assure we are ready for departure on the 7th or 8th (bottom).
